Eleni Petridou is art psychotherapist and visual artist. She works and lives in Cyprus. She holds a postgraduate degree in Art Psychotherapy (MSc Art Psychotherapy) from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh, United Kingdom, 2020. Previously she studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts, Greece, 2018 (BA & Integrated Master Fine Arts). Her art practise is influenced by biomedical sciences aspects and psychology. She creates interactive audiovisual installations using mixed medias such us ropes, latex, glass and video. Currently, she works with older adults and people with special needs offering group and individual art psychotherapy sessions. Her vision is to raise awareness for mental health using art exhibitions and art festivals.
